Terms of Service

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use this service. By registering you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Accessing the service if you are under 18.
• Recording, downloading, or redistributing any content without written permission.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing performers or other users.
• Using fraudulent payment methods or attempting to circumvent billing.
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the site.
• Posting or transmitting malware or harmful code.
• Impersonating another user, performer, or staff member.
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

4. Credits & Payments

Credits are virtual tokens with no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. Credits are non-refundable once spent. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Refund Policy

To request a refund for unused credits, contact billing support within 14 days of purchase with your order reference. Credits spent on shows, tips, or gifts are non-refundable. Chargebacks without contacting us first will result in immediate account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Ultra Cam is protected by copyright. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial viewing only. Reproduction or distribution of any content is prohibited without our written consent.

7. Performer Content

Performers retain ownership of the content they create. All performers have confirmed they are 18+ and their records are maintained under 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ultra Cam is not responsible for the conduct of performers or other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultra Cam's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
