This statement is made in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 (Child Protection and Obscenity Enforcement Act) and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
Statement of Compliance
Ultra Cam is a platform facilitating live interactive webcam broadcasts by independent adult performers. All performers who appear on this site have been age-verified and confirmed to be 18 years of age or older at the time any depiction was created. Ultra Cam is not the primary or secondary producer of any visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256.
Primary Producers
All performers and studios who broadcast on this platform are the primary producers of their content. Each is independently responsible for maintaining records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, including proof-of-age documentation for all persons depicted.

Exemption Statement
As a platform provider that does not itself produce content, Ultra Cam qualifies for the exemption provided by 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) with respect to user-generated live content. Notwithstanding this exemption, we voluntarily maintain records and enforce strict age-verification policies as part of our commitment to child safety.
